敏僖於香港浸會大學體育及康樂管理文學士（榮譽）畢業。偶然機會接觸中東肚皮舞，發現舞蹈除了等同體育運動對身體上帶來好處，中東舞更接近女性發自內心的本能活動，因而以作為她終身的追求。

 　　她不斷追隨不同的中東舞老師，尤其專注於埃及風格肚皮舞及民族舞，包括埃及導師：Yousry Sharif， Tito Seif ， Osama Eman， Hoda Ibrahim，Tamer Aziz ，Aida Nour，Lubna Eman， Khaled Mahmoud；其他國家導師：Virginia Mendez (美國) ，Hadia (加拿大)，金敏珠(韓國)，Kaouther Ben Amor(突尼斯)， 邱志青 (台灣)，Maggie Jerome (香港)，Emmy Abir(香港)

Sonia Wong graduated from B.A. (Hons) in Physical Education & Recreation Management. She started learning oriental belly dance adventitiously and found that apart from the physical advantages, this dance form is intrinsic movement for women. And oriental dance becomes her lifelong pursuit.

She continuously learn from different oriental dance teachers mainly Egyptian Style oriental dance and folkloric dance, including Yousry Sharif， Tito Seif ， Osama Eman， Hoda Ibrahim，Tamer Aziz ，Aida Nour，Lubna Eman， Khaled Mahmoud. Teachers from other countries：Virginia Mendez (USA) ，Hadia (Canada)，Angella Kim(Korea)，Kaouther Ben Amor(Tunisia)， Sophia Chiu (Taiwan)，Maggie Jerome (Hong Kong)，Emmy Abir(Hong Kong)

She is experienced performer at various shows, parties and occasions at Hong Kong and Macau.
